Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Products from Clearance Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or soiling.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send images to care@kalamayaart.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

For most locations, we provide a reverse pick-up facility via our courier partners. Customers are not chargedduring pick-up.
Refunds:
Once the returned items are received in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment methodwithin 15 business days.
Exchange Policy

To speed up delivery, we use a simplified exchange process for Marathi T-shirts, graphic tees, and sweatshirts.

If you need a replacement, initiate a return request for the item(s) to be returned: https://account.kalamayaart.com/orders

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 business days.

In the meantime, place a new order for the desired product and size to receive it quickly, bypassing the traditional replacement wait.
